Error when run Mixvibes Producer

Hello everyone.
I would like to ask if someone has the same error as i have.
I have Mixvibes PRO 6 installed, with correct CD-Key and activated.
I downloaded the update to MixVibes Producer, I install it in another directory, as recommended by support team, and when i run MixvibesProducer.exe i get this windows error message: "Bad Command Processed."

I have windows Vista, and PRO 6 runs perfectly.
I already tried to uninstall both versions, and install them again. But still the same error.

Can anyone help me with this? Urgent.

Thank you,
Luis Gomes

Can you try to click on the reset.exe program? It's available in the MixVibes' installation repertory.

Hi,

I already did that, in both folders, of MixVibes 6 and Producer.
And still doesn't work.
In the beginning i thought that error message could be a validation problem, of Cd-Key, because it was not requested in installation of Producer update. But it was told me that is supposed to work like that, without cd-key.

It's getting difficult to solve this problem :(

Any more ideas?

Thank you,
Luis
