hi Nabil,

I moved your post to a new topic and changed the title. Please try to post in the appropriate section so people who read the forum understand waht we are talking about ;)

Can you also please try to right with correct punctuation. I'm not sure i understand your problem

it seems that your issue is that the sound of both your virtual players is coming out of only one channel of the mixer. is this correct ?

in mixvibes go preferences/options/sound card...click on the ASIO BOX....click on the output number box and set to 2{ for to outputs}
click on the setup box to see if mixvibes see's both your in-puts & outputs

NOW..go back to the main mixvibes screen...if your screen looks like this

Image

you need to set the outputs in each deck on the skin in mixvibes
left deck set to 1[output 1] ...right deck set to 2[output 2 ]

the records are still playing on the same channel when its still not working maybe because the mixer has a standard fader my fader is not a optical one but i know you can replace one and i wanna buy the ecletic pro x fader and then it will work i hope so

can you post a config report, i belive this is more of a config problem rather than hardware you shouldnt need to buy another fader

I love the ProXFade and would happily recommend it. (The Innofader too, I might add). However, hardware doesn't seem to be your problem as messie said.

your config looks correct mate,,
have you changed the output on each player as per wazza's suggestion

NOW..go back to the main mixvibes screen...if your screen looks like this

you need to set the outputs in each deck on the skin in mixvibes
left deck set to 1[output 1] ...right deck set to 2[output 2 ]

hmmm that sound like it could be a hardware fault

if you play normal records do you get the same problem?

are you able to borrow a mates mixer to confirm?
