Producer crashed

when i open the software first... then plug in the usb for my u46mk2, Producer crashes. happens everytime. please see screenshot below.

also, i'm running on 3ms latency and it's still slow when im doing fast juggling/looping. i think the best way to describe it is it sounds as if i'm using belt drive turntables.. where theres a slow start up. i also get cracks, and the sound breaks up at very slow movements.

Hi,

as already said in my other post :)

Try to shut down your AV Software and all other processes wich are not neccersary for Windows.

that may reduce clicks when i'm using it but that doesn't change anything about it crashing when i plug the usb in :rolleyes:

Did you make sure that your BIOS and your chipset-drivers are up2date?

So if you start MixVibes AFTER plugging in your soundcard things are working fine?

yes that is correct. also, when i look under control panal >add remove programs, is both mixvibes pro6 and mixvibes Producer supposed to be installed??

yes both should be installed as Producer is a PRO 6 update.
