Hi again.


If i understood you correctly, you:
1. have LE Version
2. then you installed 7.0.4 Producer Version

From where are you trying to install Producer ? If it is a update it won't work.
You need a cd version.

Not sure we got this : will check and let you know.

EDIT : send an email to : activate@mixvibes.com and ask for a Producer installation cd.

You will also need to send all your proof into the email.

If you get your Producer CD remember what Support said:
first install from cd. after this you can install updates.

I say the CD is broken. I can not install software from a CD :cry:
