can i activate DVS in the same laptop in xp and vista?

i have 3 partition in my laptop 1 with xp sp3 and 1 with vista home premium sp1
the 3rd partition is the big one for the music mp3s.
can i activate my DVS in in 2 different os at the same laptop?
i want 2 os for security reason.

The short answer to your question is Yes,
You can activate your Mixvibes software twice concurrently, the activation’s can be either on two separate systems or both on the same system with multiple operating systems. Just active both as usual via the internet or via e-mail.
