BUG in Producer

Postby Djtrickmasterjay on 26 Oct 2008, 14:10

Hi all, i think i found a bug in Producer 7.1
i scanned and corrected all my music BPM and insidentally i reinstall my windows OS and when i reopened Producer i find out the all the songs i scanned and corrected using more than two weeks doing has changed by the track time in not correct with over timing like 20 min,40 min and so on instead of like 5min,3min,4min and i reinstalled Producer but that could not correct in untill i format and reintall Producer to be correct agian.Pleas all this problems need to redressed and Producer should be able to recognise BPM's already in a songs's ID3 Tags and should be able to scan and save BPM's on it's own correctly becuase most of the time the BPM is not always correct. You can copy the BPM scanning style of PCDJ-VJ there BPM is 99% correct and it scan's for songs keys at the same time.

Doesn't seem to be a bug to Producer but a bug related to your windows... First time in years I heard something like that.

Hi Djtrickmasterjay, you made a fresh install of MV as well in that case ? did you save the peak files and mediabase files with your reinstall. Those copntain the BPM tag info, not the mp3 ??
