Unable to upgrade to Cross

I want to upgrade to Cross but the purchase keeps being rejected. I have followed the instructions, put in the serial keys (of which I have two on the CD that came with the DVS Ultimate pack - which says on the box that it compatible with mac...but it's not so I need Cross), have tried paying with different credit cards and paypal etc and cannot get the software. Any suggestions as to how I can download this so I can use the hardware?

Hey,

To my knowledge you have to insert at your order the serial of DVS which you entered here on the forum to register DVS.

You can run DVS on a Mac but you need bootcam and windows installed on it .
