I did just as you said and still no success.I also tried plugging in the U-Mix 44 in another computer and it worked just fine.I believe there is something blocking it.I have Protools hooked up.When I go to sounds and devices in my control panel the only two options it shows is my Default Plater(Realtek Audio) and my Protools(Digi Design)

Hey,

have you installed cleared your registry after uninstalling the device? (before clearing please safe the registry as an backup if something goes wrong you can reload the old one. CCleaner ask you for that!)

Uninstall the device at the device mananger and plug it after that you clean the registry again and then isntall the driver again and after that plug the device in.

Alternativ you can test to reload the driver via the device manager and search for the installed driver at the system. Maybe it works after that.

i am sorry Christian I am not a computer wiz.I don't fully understand how to go to specific areas of my computer to locate items.I did uninstal the program and run the CCleaner and plugged it in and still no success.My computer has multiple Devices set up and that's why it can't locate the U-Mix 44.I even disconnected my Protools inbox.I don't know what else to do.I really want to keep the program but unless I can find someone(a live person) who can walk me trough this I may as well just sell it on Ebay.Peace

If it does work on another computer then the issue is not the U-Mix44 itself.

then you can do a manual configuration instead of the wizard by following this :
