Changes from 1.4.0 to 1.5.0 RC

NEW: Add new BPM engine.
NEW: Add three more locators for each Player.
NEW: Add Position Jog presets for "new-style" jogs (VCI-300, VMS-4, etc.).
NEW: Add some built-in MIDI mappings -- DENON S3700 Hybrid MIDI, Vestax VCI-300/VCI-300MKII, Allen&Heath Xone XD, Vestax PMC-05ProIV, Novation Dicer.
NEW: Add an output limiter.
NEW: Add Cue/Mix control.
NEW: Add Device Events aliases for MIDI mappings as "StateRequest", "Startup" and "Shutdown".
NEW: Cross file browser is now automatically refreshed when a external storage device is plugged/unplugged.
NEW: It is now possible to simply (using a fixed built-in preset) map MIDI out messages whose value depends on some Cross state (e.g. fader/knob position, vu-meters).
NEW: Add the possibility to navigate through the panes via MIDI/keyboard.
FIX: AMD processors didn't benefit from any hardware acceleration resulting in extremely bad performances!
FIX: On MaxOSX.6 (Snow Leopard), samplerate changes failed.
FIX: Cross crashed when decoding some bad OGG files.
FIX: Cross ignored the first letter of some ID3 tag fields when they were encoded in UTF-16.
FIX: Cue monitor volume had been broken.
FIX: Cross crashed when trying to use the U-Mix44 soundcard and its updated driver.
FIX: Missing Media Manager was no more launchable via track's contextual menu.
