Cross 1.4.0 RC

In order to fix a bug (see below), Cross 1.4.0 will convert the license information stored on your local disk, making Cross 1.3.2 unable to read them.
Every time you try launching Cross 1.3.2 again after having launched Cross 1.4.0, you'll have to re-enter your serial number in Cross 1.3.2.

NEW: Add MIDI mapper and improve global MIDI handling.
NEW: Add lots of new MIDI controller built-in mappings.
NEW: Add some new commands to be mapped by the user.
NEW: Change Keyboard mapper to allow more complex mappings.

ENHANCEMENT: On mac, Cross now accepts a sound device imposing it's buffer size (like JACK does).
ENHANCEMENT: Muting a deck now mutes it even in the cue monitor output.
ENHANCEMENT: Update "keylock" state even when the deck is not playing.
ENHANCEMENT: Fix External Control deck routing (could be a strange behavior when clicking A or B).
ENHANCEMENT: Fix some display artifacts.
ENHANCEMENT: More fields are searchable with the collection filter.
ENHANCEMENT: Reduce GUI freezes on track load and during track analysis.
ENHANCEMENT: When reloading the same track in a Player, the info are not messed up anymore.
ENHANCEMENT: The iTunes pane display was buggy.
ENHANCEMENT: On windows, the preferences and missing track manager windows are no more stuck in the foreground.
ENHANCEMENT: On multiscreen setup, the preferences window now show up on the current Cross screen and not only the primary one.
ENHANCEMENT: The preview player now keeps in memory the last user position instead of the last played position.

FIX: Cross crashed when trying to use the MixVibes U-Mix 44 soundcard.
FIX: Relocating a track via the popup menu was broken.
FIX: Relocating a track could make Cross unable to find the file.
FIX: Autoplaylist could refuse to start even if no player was externally controlled.
FIX: Cross sometimes deleted some private id3 frames (like Serato frame, etc.)
FIX: Cross sometimes crashed when using big audio buffers (> 2048 samples).
FIX: Cross sometimes crashed on new track load.
FIX: Resizing/Maximziing the Cross window on Windows Vista & 7 sometimes led to weird behavior.
FIX: Some users had to repeatedly re-enter their serial number.
FIX: Cross could crash at shutdown if a track was being analyzed.
FIX: When trying to change teh artwork of a track, Cross first deleted the existing one before checking the new one is valid and can be used.
FIX: Cross let the user eject a playing track whereas the security was enabled.
FIX: Cross could crash on some particular id3 frames reading (ReplayGain related).
FIX: Cross could crash if the user cancelled instead of entering the serial number.
FIX: Smart seeking while in a loop sometimes resulted in getting out of it ...
FIX: Smart seeking moved a loop even if the playback position where not inside.
FIX: Tap Tempo didn't display the tapped value when externally controlled.

FIX: Cue Stop didn't get back to cue position.
FIX: Input Mode MIDI output didn't work.
FIX: AutoLoops MIDI output sometimes failed.
FIX: MIDI Controller initialization (leds update at startup or when plugging a mapped controller) sometimes failed.
FIX: MIDI Scratching in reverse playback mode didn't work.
FIX: Trying to start an empty autoplaylist sometimes crashed the app.
FIX: In MIDI mapper, AddNormalFaderKnobPreset was buggy.

Stò già mappando il Kontrol x1 ed e semplicissimo mappare un tasto

Un paio di clic e tutto fatto , veramente un ottimo lavoro

Vi segnalo che in meno di 10 minuti ho mappato il mio Kontrol x1 a mio piacimento
I comandi rispondono perfettamente ho suonato per circa 2 ore in modalità ibrida e cioè controller e vinile senza nessun intoppo
Molto bello ci puoi mettere anche la foto del kontroller e personalizzare le informazioni
Per il momento mi ritengo soddisfatto ora manca una bella sezione effetti e sample poi siamo veramente competitivi al top

l'ho installato e sembra tutto ok...stasera provo il tutto in live!!! So che non bisogna mai farlo prima di una serata...ma tanto ho il mio socio che lavora col Serato e ci alterniamo...in caso di problemi...downgrade a manetta ah ah ah...comunque spero che inseriscano una sezione campioni...anche perche' senno' mi devo prendere un campionatore a parte...e avere i campioni sarebbe la cosa migliore visto che Traktor e Serato non li hanno ...darebbero una marcia in piu' al Cross

....sono Negato!!!!!!!! Ho Fatto l'aggiornamento a Cross 1.4, ma non riesco a configurare perfettamente i miei CDJ400!!!! Ma non dovrebbe essere tutto gia' mappato??????
NON MI FUNZIONANO LE LUCI SUI TASTI DEI Pioneer CDJ400!!!!
..dilemma....nelle preferenze x la scheda audio, cosa devo selezionare??? i CDJ400 o asio Pioneer??????

Sui CDJ-400 funziona solo il MIDI IN (ho provato ieri) per cui niente lucette e niente info sul display.

Nelle impostazioni audio devi mettere ASIO Pioneer e selezionare external mixing.

Le console della Hercules MP3 e2, MK4, Steel ed RMX sono perfettamente mappate, lucette (MIDI OUT) comprese.

ok lo proviamo spero siano stati risolti i 2 bug segnalati da me... Secondo voi è sicuro installarlo 2 giorni prima di una serata o mi conviene installarlo dopo????
