Are you using the 64-bit version? If so, try 32bit first (should also be present by the same installation.)
If this works, you should install the asio4all driver (asio4all.com) and select the U-Mix Control Pro in there (Cross, preferences, audio, select asio4all driver, then settings to select U-Mix Control Pro).
If you register your license key in your profile, you will also have access to the latest Cross version (3.3.8 now).
