HELP IDJ3 Cross DJ

I just purchased a Numark idj3 and it came with Cross DJ, it lets me install it but when i open it, it frezzes and closes. I would really appreciate any help.

Hello guys. On here trying to get some help, because Im not getting anything from mixvibes support

Forum rules
- Register your software (User Control Panel > Profile > Serial Number)
- Go to the download center and install the latest versions of software and drivers

and then it is easy to join on this forum the support.
You don't need to write 3 messages in different locations in an hour. Mixvibes support is in Europe & at 2:27 am most people sleep just to be able to go to work a bit later in the morning.
