You must have the same level of preamp on both decks.
Deck right is correct.
Vinyl2 connected=vinyl version 2
Audio=ASIO source=2:L:U46 3/4-R:U46 3/4
Mode=absolute
Riaa=Yes Preamp Left=43 db Preamp Right=42 db Noise Filter=0 Hz
45T=No InverseLR=No PhaseInv=No
Decalage=0 ms Time limit=720000 ms
Silence seuil=-40.000 db SNR=40 db

Deck left is set without calibration to 0db wrong.
Vinyl1 connected=vinyl version 2
Audio=ASIO source=0:L:U46 1/2-R:U46 1/2
Mode=absolute
Riaa=Yes Preamp Left=0 db Preamp Right=0 db Noise Filter=0 Hz
45T=No InverseLR=No PhaseInv=No
Decalage=0 ms Time limit=720000 ms
Silence seuil=-40.000 db SNR=40 db

Try to write the same value of preamp 42db in your vinyl options menu->preferences->options->vinyl/cd & click on apply. Set phono on no (it's now on Riaa=Yes for both decks)
What happens then?
If it doesn't work, exchange your deck plugin deck right to deck left... does it works on the left now?
Have you the last drivers for your O.S?

nothing TT1 has an signal.
there´s the sinus line and on the Turntable one ist the White Line an Flatline and the red line is in Sinus.
so Mixvibes says it doesn´t work with this data and Calibrate Vinyl one again!!!
TT2 is allright

Try some other audio application to test if all inputs from your soundinterface are working correct.
