Das ist eine große KRITIK an das Entwicklungsteam von Cross DJ.
Schade das Ihr dieses großartige Programm mit Eurem schlechten Service so klein haltet. Guter Service bedeutet auch schnell auf die Marktsituation zu reagieren und einen guten Mapping Support anzubieten. Das passiert hier einfach nicht.

Auch werden direkte Anfragen selten bis gar nichtbeantwortet.

Es gibt immer noch keine hauseigenen Mappings für die Denon MC-4000 & MC-7000, nur um mal zwei aktuelle Konsolen als Beispiel zu nennen.

Somit ist das Programm sein Geld einfach nicht wert und Cross DJ verdient es somit nicht auf eine STufe mit Traktor Pro oder Serato gestellt zu werden !!!

Ihr habt definitiv den Markt verpennt!

The MC4000 has a user mapping long time (not jus a user but a FigDJ mapping..).

Support for MIDI devices has never been promised, other than having a free and open MIDI editor to make your own mapping. User support at the forum available. Pretty likely if you copy the mc6000 mapping it's close to the 7000 but can't guarantee as it might be complete different depending on manufacturers choices.

You may feel MIDI mapping support is the core of Cross DJ, but this basically means you may have been lucky in the others supporting your devices. As in their forums you'll notice users complaining the same..
