Hello, Cross DJ for Android doesn't work on the tablet Mediacom 101 S2. The application starts but when you select a MP3, Cross DJ crashes. Please solve this problem.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with mp3. Would it be possible to provide some more info as it is an unknown behavior.
- what android version are you on
- did you analyse the tracks before activating
- do other file types work
- do you have it with all MP3, or might it be files from one specific source (same encoder used)
- do the files work with other audio software at the device.
- what about free disk space
- does it crash before the track is fully loaded (please do not press play for this test before it is loaded; normally play should work instantly after selecting a track).

Audio dropouts? Increase audio 'buffer size' value.

Soundcard not available/working? Try the 32bit version of Cross (is also installed).

Hi, sorry for my little english.

Android version is 4.1.2.
The problem is with all the MP3s.
The same MP3 work with default player.
The problem occurs when the app analyzes the MP3.
Thanks for the support

First guess is that other apps are running and taking away performance.

Last versions of Samsung have a little Android bug corrected since by a patch. But not all of these products aren't patched yet. This will be solved by a new Android version later this year.
Our product isn't responsible of all problems found with for example Samsung S5
