i just found Netrunner 13.06 Distro Review - Aero Styled ... :eek: it has all drivers installed already and (still doing tweaks tho) my asus mouse pad works on it . side note it looks like windows 7 and is just as easy to get around

Dual boot here as well. I've tried every possible way i thought of, but Cross 2.5 crashes in every click i do. :(

i have not yet done the ssd tweak i hope to do a daul boot when i buy my laptop and run daul boot so that i can run Cross ( ;) hope that once i finger out how to run MixVibes on Ubuntu i wont have to daul boot

I've just watched a video review of that - it looks really good! :biggrin:

i tryed it . he's the bad . from what i can tell u have to use firefox its like
i.e for windows its built in and u cant get rid of it .
the system is heavy so if u have 4 gb of ram its not for u .
the menu i did not like i wish i can skin Netrunner
with a lite option desktop like xubuntu . i would not use this as i find ubuntu and its spin off much easier to deal with as far as finding your apps .
there or no tweak that i used that worked .
the good when u install this os u dont have to mess with it as it
has everything in it.


u have to think about this os like windows . now im not saying u cant skin it (i would make it look like windows xp to take less ram)
u have to be a pro to do so and im not that i have been using linux for 6 months and have been learning as i go .

i have been trying to run Cross on ubuntu for sometime as well as it the Ubuntu os would use less power to run
