Hi Team. I use Mix Vibes since Version 4 and its great how it has evolved. But I am a bit irritated that you should now write a 100 posts to stay in the test line vor MV7... (I've already tested RC1 to RC3 in public to see the handling when deejaing). I just don't see any use in posting bugs and messages that have already been told. I think Testing should be open to interested people, no matter what criteria they match because those messages are what brings a program to where it is now. But it's the developers decicsion how he wants to run its business and I do accept that. But please keep in mind that you want to run a business. At the moment, Mixvibes is very good and I would want to work with it only. But if you change the whole mixvibes Forum and community into an exclusive members only club for internet freaks, that spend lots of time online in forums instead of standing behind the turntables, you will start to loose customers soon.
Its a great program, but i hope that you don't generate too much spam, just because people want to join the team. I will not add 79 posts now just pretend to be "Part of the community". I use Mixvibes a lot in my little freetime, but thats about it I like to use mixvibes as a porgram and not as a social network.
I would love to test the new one, i am only a hobby DJ, not a pro (i only DJ on small parties with friends), but i still like to use a professional program, so thats why i have MV Pro since Version 3 or 4. And MV's just the best software I found on the market. I test software usability for our office where i work, so i know a little about how to test the handling of a tool, more than the technical side (but i know a bug when i see one ;-))
So. Sorry I would love to help and test, but don't match the 100 Post and Karma Limit.
That meens waiting until the Final Version is out :-(
Well, at least, RC3 is stable enough and so good that I could easaly use it on my upcoming 80's party...
