MixVibes,

In my opinion, one of the reasons why Cross isn't taken seriously by DJs in America is because you don't have enough *complete* mappings for high-end controllers.

It seems that most of the mappings are for low to mid-level controllers. In addition, the functions mapped are generally very basic, just enough to get you up and running, but by no means a complete map of all, or almost all, the functions of that controller.

Herein lies a golden opportunity for MixVibes: The new Pioneer XDJ-1000 doesn't support Traktor. If MV came out early with a *complete* mapping for this and future Pioneer controllers/CDJs than I can see people switching to Cross. Especially when one considers that you can easily xfer/import Traktor and Serato libraries into Cross. Just my 2 cents.

Great topic,
Numark ORBIT :)
Why is the DDJ SX2 listed in the survey? Mine works awesome with Cross DJ already - Good work! I even made my 1st YouTube video.

However I am selling it because it is too big for my needs.
Can you revisit and fix the "Gain" knob deck 2 on the Denon MC-2000?

But seriously****

I would like to see Cross REMOTE taken to a new level. Maybe with added sample bank control (like volume as well as play pads for each sample), Our tablets (iPads) are the best controllers we got as far as being able to customize without having to buy a whole new piece of hardware with and without things we utilize on it. Mixvibes got it right. Laptop does the work while I have the freedom of the tablet as a controller. I am not constrained to where I set my controller down. I can hold it and mix. Tablet DJ software is weird because you have wires connected to it to play the music. It makes it feel constrained. Thus, this is only my opinion but I have been through countless controllers in the past decade. I am done! I am using CDJ's when they are on location already otherwise laptop, sound card, and Cross Remote.

BTW where can I get the U-Mix Control Pro 2? I emphasize the 2. Everyplace says they have it but it is the U-Mix Control Pro (no 2).

Thanks.

P.S. I am so frustrated Remote does not fit to screen on my iPhone 6 Plus. I didn't ask for a refund BC I do not want to see you guys stop doing what you are doing. Keep up all the good work.

Hi, on your blog it says DJing on Android catches up to iOS with Cross DJ 2.0, i dont think it does coz, on iOS supports more controller.. when android does support the same amount of controllers, then it would have caught them up..
I just want the Numark Mixtrack pro 2 to be mapped on android. Thanks guys for the support
