Hi Guys,
I just brought Mixvibes Remixvideo on the weekend. (Standard Version)
Really enjoying it. Great easy to use software.

A couple of things I need some assistance on.
Using the Autopilot feature, Is there a way to slow the transitions down or make them blend a little better rather than just chopping to the next one?

Second, regarding the playing pads.
The standard version has 36 playing pads
The Pro version has 48 playing pads.
So can I assume that if you are only using it in autoplay mode it will only be shuffling through 36 or 48 video samples?

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Mixvibes forums and for your kind words about Remixvideo!

Right now you can only adjust the length for switching clips when using auto-pilot, but it is still a quick cut and not a fade or similar transition. It has been requested in the past that we add a fade time for clips, which would be especially useful for auto-pilot. I can bring it up with the team again to see if we can bump it up our to-do-list.

For your second question, you are correct in assuming the auto-pilot will only shuffle through the clips in the pack, which for Remixvideo is limited to 36. However, you can change the maximum amount of clips that will play at one time, which can lead to more variation since there can be a chance of different clips being layered in new ways.

No problem at all I understand.
Yes that would be fantastic if it the team could bump that up the list.
Im sure that request is easier said than done but Im sure your customers would love that one.
I am a DJ but I am getting more and more into the VJ side of things.

Maybe you can point me in the right direction.
What if I did say 45 mins worth of Video mixing and recorded it.
Can you drag that 45min recording and put it onto one of the 36 pads and just loop it?
That would work well.

Hi again,

This should be possible, however Remixvideo will only record the audio and video if you are using the built in sound. If using an audio input as the sound source it will only record the video.

If you only need the video than this is not much of an issue but if you want the audio as well you would have to record it separately and link it after the fact.

No that is perfect for me, all I want is the video and I will have it as background while I play looped.
