Here's what I've amassed so far, might purchase a Lemur later this year.
The VCI is pre-arcaded out, within the next month or so it'll make the full transition into Ultimate controller of death. Novation 25SL is modded like Moldover's is, although my Reaktor patches differ slightly. Only other weird thing I do is use Max/MSP with the Launchpad so I can run most Monome apps.
(Not pictured) I've got an old G5, AEM 100i Innofader edition mixer, and both of my laptops sitting up on my desk, with a couple of crates of cords and timecodes.
