Here's my problem I just received my new U46MK2 along with the software for 3DEX. I installed both but when I try to open 3DEX software I get this message: connect the U46MK2 before opening program, I know the U46MK2 is installed properly because it works great with my other DJ software. Can anyone help me with this problem? Thanks

Next when I downloaded the update for 3DEX I opened the zip file and click install.exe but I get a error message everything time. I download and tied to update this software 5 times already. I've been trying to in stall 6.xxx can anyone help this problem. Thanks

Ok you installed the U46MK2 before opening MixVibes 3DEX but did you turn on the U46MK2 too?

What update version did you install? Did you try to launch the reset.exe program from the MixVibes install repertory?
