New to MixVibes Need Help

I just bought a small MIDI deck. Power Dynamics Controller 10 (PDC-10). Bought it because it was marked down from $130 to $20 and now know they arent that flash. It also came with a MixVibes Cross DJ LE software which I have installed with it. I'm aware the PDC 10 doesnt work with MixVibes using Windows 10 which is what I'm running so I am opting for my older iPad which I believe will work once a new cable arrives (Fingers crossed). However, I am having problems with updating the program on my PC to Version 2.6.0. Everytime I open the program it prompts me to update and download the latest version, once redirected to this website I'm given a notification stating I have no right to the downlaod and to put in my serial number which I have done. Now everytime I open the program and select update, I'm rerouted to the same screen telling me to enter my serial number in the control panel even though it has already been completed, Is there another way to update the program than this. The program is currently running on version 2.2.0. TIA

Your softwarebatch shows you've entered the proper key.

Though 2.6 is a better version then 2.2 I would recomment to check out Cross DJ v4.x As also 2.6 is before the W10 era.

If you click the amber button at the right top you're linked to this. It's the full version for limited time. The 'DJ' version will do for your MIDI device. You don't need Pro.
Other advantage of the DJ vs the LE version is that you can use use it without a controller connected and with other controllers.
