Bought a DJ set. but cant register/download my software

ive bought a new DJ set including Cross DJ version
When i want to update the program i need to register the software with a license key on the forum in my profile. when i fill in the number in my profile from the cdrom disk and try to save it it says it is a incorrect key.
how can i solve this because i cant update my Cross DJ
my laptop doenst have a cdrom drive anymore so i installed first on an old laptop. is there a way to download Cross DJ and then enter my key ?
