I have changed my lap top and when trying to load my DJ controller P1274 usb when I load disc and plug unit in I get a flash of light then asked to load serial key so when i put the number in from my unit which is 13082402 it comes up invalid.
Can someone advise as cannot use unit.

If this is about Cross software then you need to fill the license key which is at the sleeve of the CD. Serialnumber of the controller has nothing to do with the DJ software.

And is you fill the license ket in your user profile of the forum you can download the latest version of Cross LE applicable for your controller.
