I brought the program in July and had to reset my Laptop to Factory Setting recently....I have tried to contact mixVibes to no avail can someone direct me to who I can either get a refund or have them send me the reinstall disk...Thanks

had too read this a bunch of times ..going thru the senerios as to why mixvibes would be culpable for loss of your software because of a factory reset of your computer

which software ,,
if bought on line was there a activation e mail /and why dont you have it
if it was bought thru google play .. should be abel to reset software
did you loose any other software and how did you protect yourself from loosing it if something of this nature happens
there is a software regerstration process ,, by setting up your profile you can enter your serial # for retrieval //secure area ..
you have info on support emails and you can post on mixvibes Facebook page ..
this is not a reply stating mixvibes postion on this but , mine and common sence ,
