issues with Cross DJ pro app

Hello!
i purchsed all the upgrades of the free Cross DJ app and some of the packs in the store.
but then i noticed that exists also Cross DJ pro so i bought that aone too but i cant see my packs in this one and i cannot log in into store to download them.
Please advise me what should i do?
i uninstalled bot of the apps but now i need to rebuy the Cross DJ PRO app becouse it says i dont own it evn thought i bought it for seven Euros!
willl i be getting my money back ?
what should i do?
PLase help!

In the playstore you can find info on your purchase status. Mixvibes does not have this info.

If the status in the store is purchased you could try reinstall.

If not status purchased please check if you used a different account or else contact google to have it sorted out.

Manual? In Cross open menu, select Help (available 24/7).
Audio dropouts? Increase audio 'buffer size' value.

Soundcard not available/working? Try the 32bit version of Cross (is also installed).
