How do I go about transferring my Cross DJ licence as I'm selling my U-Mix Control Pro?

Anyone out there know how to do this seeing as the buyer has now received the U-Mix and will be looking to register the software?

I've emailed support@mixvibes.com but got no response (checked my junk folder too), as well as removing the product key from my user profile on the forum.

Any help would be appreciated!
