envivo 1274 not working on Cross DJ LE 2.6.0

hi i've recently found out my old envivo 1274 and wanted to start practasing with it again, i've downloaded Cross DJ le 2.6.0 onto my new laptop and plugged in the controller and its just not working, looked on the forum and cant find any answers seriously need some help

The LE support for this controller ended with the last 2.x version.

If you're now using a newer OS this may be the cause.

You could try using the Cross Demo version (not Cross Free) to see if this would resolve your issue.

Hi thanks I’ve done that still doesn’t work with it but it does have the MIDI button for the mixer I believe any tips on how to now get it working??

It’s also come up on the MIDI menu that it’s online and when I plug it out it goes offline so is there just something I’m not doing right?

Please provide some more details on what is happening/not happening.

Audio and MIDI are technically totally different technique and use different 'drivers'.

For audio in Preferences it has to be set to Dual Stereo.

Your controller has to be connevted and recoqnized by Windows before staring Cross. When you disconnect it alle connections are lost for the session.

When I start up Cross DJ or plug the controller in I get a slight flash but then nothing after that and on the MIDI menu it does come up selected orange on the MIDI 10 mapping selection I believe, have no idea what to do and needed to use it for a party on Sunday for my friend
