Behringer DJ BCD3000 mapping for mixvibes software

I have just purchased a BCD3000 unit and would like to use it with Traktor but sadly it was supplied used without software included. I have though Mix Vibes Cross software on my laptop and would like to use the unit with this software but sadly it is not listed on Mix vibes. How do I download the required mappings to Mixvibes. I note in the Behringer manual that I can send a data request from the mix vibes software to the controller as control change 100 on MIDI channel one and the unit will send the data to the software. How do I do this please as whenever I try nothing happens?
Any idea?
