Pretty sure this is your remaining issue. It's a typical thing for DJ's to have to go through. From now on you'll make sure to always check if your using ASIO and what latency if you run into any audio related issue.
This applies for all DJ software and distinguishises DJ software from 'playlist players'. You need instant respons of your actions and this is not possible if the audio buffer in your soundcard is to large.
The offset is that you use a higher CPU load as the buffer has to be filled more often with smaller pieces. But with current hardware this hardly ever becomes an issue.

Load tracks in Collections, Analyze ALL.
In preferences General Tab Check for Sync Link.
sync to the beat
Turn beatgrids on
place markers spaced every 16 beats
Quantize [1 beat] and snap 1 beat] and Sync link turned on

Load tracks in decks A and B
Line up the beat
press sync.
press play when ready and it will start on beat with the master.

 info
software he is useing is Cross demo 3.43
useing computer sc ,,so no second channel to pre fade listen to ,,plus i think Cross demo is limited to single sc ,, might be wrong ,,
:?: you are trying to use visual indication to mix with ,, making sure the anylise has the down beat in the correct postion :?:
in your steps you say push sync ,,then push play to match the beat ,,,i might be wrong being the demo version ,, but pushing sync does two things it sync the beat of the track speed ,and playing postion,, and start playback of the deck being synced ,, so not sure why you are pushing play after that :?:
if you look at the software above the Cross fader ,mix sliders there is a two color spining circle,if you push sync at the time the spining color aligns with the satationary color ,, then yoour beats should align and have a better mix,,
i might be wrong but try this ,, picking two tracks like you did and verfying the beat grid aligns with the down beat you want ,, wait on the two circle to align then hit syc ,,
with snap and quantise on you mixes should turn out better

Sorry not understanding about the "2 circles aligning"? With only Deck A playing I am seeing a redish circle keep changing to a yellow circle?

Also I am seeing a new problem if you can take a look at this screenshot, I load deck A then Deck B but deck B is showing 120 BPM same BPM as what "link" is showing, why is this happening please?

 o kay .. hit play on the right deck ,, the yellow circle is spining ,,stop the right deck and hit play on the left deck ,,the red circle is spinning,,
now stop both decks ,, push play on either deck ,, the color that rotating around the stationary color is the deck playing ,, now if you have your beat grid set where you want it ,, seem the right deck in picture is on beat ,, hit sync when the moving circle reaches the start of the stationary one,, gonna put a link on page for two youtube mixes posted ,
i think that arrow is something to do with alberton ,,
go to preferences , look for tool tips ,, check so that when the mouse is over it it tell you what it is

Still having the same issue with the tune with 106 bpm showing as 120 bpm when link is activated, what's causing that?

 o kay lets start at the begining ,, take one tracks ,,lets pick the one that was in the right deck ,, beat grid looks good by picture ,, turn sync link off for now ,, load the one track in both players ,,
quantise and snap are on and at say one beat ,,have Cross fader set in middle ,, start the left track ,, watch the spinning circle ,, when the one moving ,,left deck ,,think it will be red ,, aligns with the top of yellow hit sync , ,,what do you hear .. sounds better than before ,,,
now while the left deck is playing , pick any spot on the right deck ,, when the circle aligns hit sync
if you look at the spinnging circle with decks loaded and not playing ,,move the wave fornm ,back and forth ,, the circle for that deck will advance or retreat to match the postion in the track
the version i have Cross full has thoes circles on each deck ,, not sure why the demo has the prior version beat matcher ,, if that starting to make sence try it with two disimiliar tracks ,
