cannot run new update

i have switched off windows defender and smart screen, and I have switched off norton security yet i still cannot run the latest update for Cross DJ. first time that has ever happened to me.

any suggestions out there please?

Do you some details, like version/OS/messages.

The last update exists for quite some months and hasn't provided issues sofar.
