I brought the program in July and had to reset my Laptop to Factory Setting recently....I have tried to contact mixVibes to no avail can someone direct me to who I can either get a refund or have them send me the reinstall disk...Thanks

If you purchased online you have the registration email which has your license key. If you enter the license key in your user profile you will be given access to the downloads section to download the software.
