Great it works.

The noise can have various causes.
Simple try: disable mic of laptop.
If a 50Hz noise it's a groundloop: add groundloop adapter (appx $/€ 10,-) in your output routing.

You may have an FX enabled (mixer and or Cross)

have audio/power cables seperated as much as possible.

Use a different power source (outlet from other phase)

BTW are you sure it's only the recording, or does the live output have the same?

Also check your plugs for dust and hair...

Please let's know if these help... else you may have an issue with the mixer or UCA..

Thank you for your recommendations. I have tried them and the noise has been slightly reduced. Once im done recording my mix, and i play it back, the noise becomes very minimal.

Honestly though, it can also be my mixer. Its just so old. I will be finding a replacement soon. Im sure that will help to some degree.
