Dear VB MIX Team
I have lost the installation CD of my Unimix Control Pro DJ set
how do I get one I have purchased the system in year 2012
I have the secret code of the CD with me along with the original box
please let me know how I get one

If your register your license key in your user profile you should be able to download the software from the downloads section.

I could download the s/w but it is giving error for 32 and 64 bit

Not sure why you have access to this version, called 'Cross DJ'.

According to your info you have to download 'Cross LE'.

As I don't have this version I can't provide you the direct link.

It is working now I somehow managed to download and installed
I need to go home and check with the Hardware ; I hope it will work

Should not have any problems ,use 32 bit ver since drivers for U-Mix are 32

You might have initially downloaded the Mac version and saved it as .exe. Else something went wrong with the download. Most important you're now registered so it should work.
