I understand the moderators are just users like me, but why isn't anyone from Mixvibes helping out? And no attach button is shown here either, so I can't post it here...

I have all the respect for the people voluntarily helping out, but there must be someone from Mixvibes who is responsible for the forum and can solve this kind of problems no?
