First of all, make sure to update to the latest version of Cross DJ.
If the problem persists, and in order to help you out, I would need the following information:
- exact name of the app you are using (Cross DJ or Cross)
- device you are using (laptop + controller, with as much precisions as possible (OS number, etc.))
