Downloading 3.3.10 / 3.3.11

Hi
I have 3.3.9 and when I open prompting me to download which I did but doesn't seem to be doing anything or showing opening logo on laptop

Have you tried using a different browser?

If that works you may want to remove the mixvibes cookie from the non-working browser.
