I have purchased some time ago, an MIDI controller from Lidl

SILVERRCEST SDJ 100 A1
serial number: G27241010135

How can i get/download the Cross DJ LE software it came with ?

The Cross LE software is bundled with the controller by the controller manufacturer. A cd with key at its sleeve.

If you register the key in your user profile you can also download the most recent Cross LE version.

I tried to enter the above serial number and got an error that is not correct. As said, I have lost the cd with the sleeve and I do not have anything else except the controller and usb cable.

so what should I do next ?

You could try sending an email to support@mixvibes.com. Add the purchase info if possible.

Mixvibes doesn't have any info on which controller is sold with which license key. So you're at the courtesy of Mixvibes.

If you're in a hurry the only option you have would be purchasing 'Cross DJ'.

I already have the Cross DJ licensed for Mac, bought via iTunes. Is there a possibility to use the same license for Windows ? I hope i don;t need to buy it again ...

Yes, you need to add your serial to your profile which enables you to downloads section of the forum. A Cross licence can be used for two computers.

I can't find in the Mac app the serial number. Do you know where this can be found ?
