Hi there, bonjour, hallo, hola.

I have been using Mixvibes since a long time (2005 I guess) and switched to Cross a few years ago.

I have the following problem: after the main board of my Macbook has been changed, Cross is requesting the license key (don't ask me why!)

the thing is, I bought Cross online and used at that time an e-mail account at VOILA.FR

as you may know this e-mail service has been shut down last year.

and of course, I don't have any backup of the license Key anywhere.

So… what do you suggest?

You have the Cross software icon which means you have entered your Cross serial number in your profile here on the forum.
