Brought the program on line

I brought the program in October and had to reset my Laptop to Factory Setting recently....I have tried to contact mixVibes to no avail can someone direct me to who I can either get a refund or have them send me the reinstall disk...Thanks

If you enter your license key in your user profile you should be able to download the software (and updates).
