Cross LE not working with DVS

I purchased a Xone 23C which comes with the Cross LE software. After installing it everything was working fine. Made the conversion to use the DVS with Cross. It worked FINE for a few weeks, then suddenly the timecode option just "disappeared" from the screen after launching the program today. No changes have been made to my laptop. The option to select DVS in the menu is still there however it does not actually show up on the screen (DVS incons). It only allows me to use internal playback now.

Why would it work and tell me it will work just fine then one day it just disappears? No support? No driver updates? Am the only one with this issue?

 gonna need screen shots ,,of your audio tab and the DVS tab in preferences,, check to see if the audio is set to external mixer ,,

if there is a tab at the bottom of the posting page labeled upload attachments ,use this ,,

thease pic will help figure out whats going on

The soundcard is set to external mixer, again, I never changed any settings.

There is a manual that comes with the mixer. It is NOT a controller. It is a Xone 23c

I've gone through and tried to reinstall the asio4all driver and the soundcard driver (my system is 64bit)

Lastly, the device does not show up in device manager under the "Universal Serial Bus Controllers" and it formally was there. That may be the issue with 3/4 not showing up? Do you know how to fix that???

My OS won't allow 32bit. I get a box that pops up when attempting to install 32bit that says 32bit is not compatible. I've been running 64bit since day one. My OS is Win8

just went out of my range of info ,,running win 8.1 and Cross has loaded two install files,, one labeled 64 bit and the other not labeled ,, 32 bit ,, ,,
look in the download section,,too see if there is a updated ver of the software,,think there was a update for the le version of the x zone bundel,,
