Hi guys can anyone help me ?:) I've bought a mixvibes pro controller and it's got not software disc with it I assumed that I'd just be able to download it free but as I've now found out is not the case I've also bought a mixvibes pro2 thinking that the software would work on the first one but it didn't ! I've sent an email to technical support but had no reply . I've tried to register the controller but I've typed the number of the box and underneath controller assuming this is the serial number but it says it's not valid any help would be great thanks in advance John

you are looking for the cd install disc ,, the jacket,,cd sleeve has the software licence key on it ,,,,,what controllers are you refering to the U-Mix Control Pro ,,,and the U-Mix Control Pro 2 ,, both of thease will work with the Cross DJ for PC,mac os ,, also should work for the Cross pro app for android ,, so clarify what you have going on ,, if you find the licence key please regerster the software in the fourm ,,user control panel/profile/serial # this will safly store the key for cases where its lost ,, also gives access to the download section for updates and drivers and firmware ,, so heres hoping this info helps if not let us know January 2012 Mixvibes DJ of the month MEMBER OF: C00l People MV Society 2014 dell XPS8700intel core i5 4400@3.10ghz

Hi thanks for reply ! I've tried it on the demo software but it won't let me select direct sound speakers(mixvibes U-Mix Control Pro) every time I try it says Error while opening speakers bad format and I'm unable to cue music in my head phones is this because it is a demo version or do I need to do something ?
And can anyone tell me if it is going to be possible to buy a new software disc and if so where from? Thanks John

RoJeC wrote:For sound you best install ASIO4ALL. can be downloaded from asio4all.com
Install this. (takes a second). Open Cross, Preferences > audio, select ASIO4ALL (you see the buffer size reduce...) click settings and select the U-Mix Control Pro.

Audio mode should be Dual Stereo.

For Cross you can download the software. For MixVibes DVS I don't know if it can be delivered (only useful if you have a licence key)
Thanks for that mate I'm away at the moment I'll try as soon as I'm back finger's crossed

with out a link not shure what you are looking at ,,, heres a link for Cross versions ,, check out the product comparison to decide on which version best suits your needs .http://www.mixvibes.com/products/Cross if the software is not this ,,then you are probly looking at a earlier version of mixvibes DVS platform ,, not supported for 5 years now ,, ,recommend a later versions of the DVS set up ,,Cross ,, January 2012 Mixvibes DJ of the month MEMBER OF: C00l People MV Society 2014 dell XPS8700intel core i5 4400@3.10ghz
