Saludos, one flaw I have been noticing is the lost of files on collections imported to the program. I mean after importing a folder from desktop or documents some files are marked with a red X and I have to import again. These does not happen to files that I play from a pen drive.

Which version of Cross do you use.
Win or MAC.
Please also explain how you use it (drag&drop, via menu,..)

Using version 3.3.11. I use the menu option to import either a file or a directory. There's no fault while just using the browser and accessing files on desktop.
