If you are using a Cross version and have the license key you can add this to your user profile.
This will open the download section so you can download the software and... The most recent version.

I have definitely record the key licence in my contour!!
but I do not see or downloaded cd d instalation

whats software are you trying to regerster in ,,,user control panel/profile/serial # ,, because as of this posting there is no visiable sign that it was regerstered ,, ie not software badging present

everything is recorded well on my count but without result.
