Good morning all , brand new member here

I brought mix vibes u46mk2 of eBay with time codeded vinyl ,
I then went to mix vibes website and upgraded to full package costing £69.99

I have updated and installed all drivers (at least I think I have )

But for some reason when I go to preferences and click on audio , it does not show anything on the inputs

I have Alienware laptop plugged into sound card , then 2x citronic pd45 turntables plugged into the inputs , then leads out into my djm2000 mixer .

All leads are in phase and wired correctly


Someone please help a frustrated newbie , is there something I haven't downloaded or switched on ..
