i hope this is ok to post as Mixvibes has Cross for Android

and if your like me then you want to have something thats not windows for djing


if its not something i should post im sry i just see that mixvibes is already making Cross for Android and seeing how it is linux
why not have the full on mixvibes Cross for Android Decktop

If the android smartphone/tablet version works on it, then fine.

But I'd be mightily disappointed if valuable and limited development resources were to go into making a version of the software for a low usage desktop platform (linux anyone?).

I'd agree with not wanting a Windows PC for DJ-ing (having been in IT since forever I like Windows for many things, but sound related jobs is not one of them. It can be done, but takes just too much effort). The prudent way to move would be a Mac, imho, not Linux/Android Desktop or whatever other low marketshare platform.

I think the Android OS lacks some features to be even able to be used for DJ'ing with Cross functionality.

Maybe the Android product with some screens combined.

i know i keep pushing linux and i know it has its problems .


but as you can see im so wishing i had a lite os for us


anyway Android has nvidia drivers to as nvidia made a Android PC

so as far as linux goes seems to me that Android the most used linux out there will pull ahead
