PDC-10 controller not working on Cross DJ le

well you got the first part correct ,,,regerstering the software 
now we will need some info as to systemm set up ,ie computer os and sound card set up ,, any other info to give us a idea of what you have ,,also what exactly not working
will post a link for the manual if you havent looked at it already ,,might be some info there that might help ,
also maybe a link for the controller to see that info also
