Getting my iTunes library into my Cross 3.3.10 software

Have iTunes on my back up computer but cant seem to put them in the Cross software

think there goinging to need a little bit more info ,, ie computer spec,,os version ,i tunes version ,, if its running on your main computer then whats different ,, not familiar with iTunes and set up so cant help ,,but more info needed

dell laptop dont think computer makes much difference - os is windows 7 - maybe i need to do new software update on iTunes on second lappy

iTunes changed it's folder name. Cross is updated to this new rule.

Just update your iTunes to the latest version
