Help!

Hey guys, I got a present from my parents and it was the MixVibes program as well as an Edison Professional DJ Scratch 1000. Now they came together in the same box, but I came across a couple of problems.

1)On the website it isn't letting me download the full version. Yes I have already downloaded the Demo though. WHY?
2)Why isn't my board compatible with the program even though they came together?

Thanks a lot! :)

Hi. Welcome to mixvibes.

To be able to download you have to register your license key in your user profile.

Any MIDI controller and soundcard can be used with Cross.
Except the Cross free version. You should be able to use it with the demo.

Let's solve it in case your Cross version doesn't work from the box.

How do I register my license key and where do I go to do that? I'm very eager to play around with my turntable, but I can't use the demo forever. Please help!

:cool: uers control panel /profile/serial # ,,,thats where you put the licence key ,,, this gives you access to the download section ,for any updates to your software/hardware bundel ,
while you have a chance give info to your hardware /audio/computer specs , so to know what exactly you are working with ,here to help you get your set up running ,, just need info :idea:

@Daniel Clark

Thank you so much! I put my Serial Code in and now I have downloaded DJ Cross LE.

Unfortunately, another problem. :(

When I attempt to load a track, it says there is a track error. All of my music are either M4A or MP3 files. How do I go about this?

Might it be you have a Mac running Yosemite and/or recent iTunes.

In that case there is a compatibility issue due to changes made by Apple. It's been a decision of the manufacturer to not add unlimited upgrades. Upgrading to Cross DJ or Cross (Full) would be the way to work around this as only 3.3.9 and later support Yosemite.

@RoJeC

How much does it cost to upgrade to either one and is it guaranteed I will be able to use my iTunes music?

For pricing see
http://www.mixvibes.com/products/Cross
If you can afford it, upgrading to full version provides all options... DVS, no watermark in video, HID support (for Pioneers). See also comparison chart.

You can also check Apple store for pricing.

Yes you can use the current iTunes and OSX with the current version.

Just download the Cross Demo version (not the Free) to check it out if you like..
