not shure what you are hearing ,, lack of info will only prolong the solution ,, whats going on ,, what have you tried ,,give info ,,

Did you try the wdm driver (top of the list if available
)
If the second output is not present in the list for the outputs this means that the operating system doesn't have it registered as available. So it must be a driver or firmware issue.

Did you ever find a solution to this problem. I am having the same issue and have tried everything. I can't seem to get the firmware download from Numark to work.

not shure if a solution was arrived at since no responce of such ,, first thing is to regerster the software licence key in the fourm ,,,user control panel/profile/serial #
then list any info as to what you have going on and what you have tried to fix/get your controller to work ,, need info ,
