Hello, I did everything I suggest, I only need to update the firmware, but as I have heard brings more problems ....

Did you try the wdm driver (top of the list if available
)
If the second output is not present in the list for the outputs this means that the operating system doesn't have it registered as available. So it must be a driver or firmware issue.

Did you ever find a solution to this problem. I am having the same issue and have tried everything. I can't seem to get the firmware download from Numark to work.

:cool: not shure if a solution was arrived at since no responce of such ,, first thing is to regerster the software licence key in the fourm ,,,user control panel/profile/serial #
then list any info as to what you have going on and what you have tried to fix/get your controller to work ,, need info ,
